The word "arrepiar" means to give chill or that chilling emotion that good things in life make you feel!  You will see that word often in our site because being Brazilian is something that makes us "arrepiar!"  It's a great gift that every Brazilian is honored to have. We believe in the great spirit of the Brazilian people and our nation. Our hope is to share this great spirit with all of you!

Our mission is to celebrate and promote Brazilian culture and to spread our energy and enthusiasm with the Pittsburgh community and surrounding areas. We also want to ensure that our members are happy and successful making a home away from home. As a strong and united community, we support them with our friendship, advice and resources.

This site is an interactive channel between you and all the events that are taking place in our area.  It also serves as an important communication tool for our users. By becoming a member you will have an opportunity to learn about traditional Brazilian events in Pittsburgh and about what is happening in our country.  You will also learn about other members and organizations that are, somehow, connected to Brazil.
